Nchekwa Oha Advocacy Foundation is a South East of Nigeria voluntary organisation whose main area of work is advocating for creation and change of legislation, government policies and culture as well as the implementation of all positive legislations, government policies and culture. Nchekwa Oha Advocacy Foundation runs 3 projects – Educational Project, Agricultural Project and Domestic Violence Services called Power to Choose. All our projects are run by volunteers therefore we are constantly recruiting individuals who want to give something back to the community.

Nchekwa Oha Advocacy Foundation runs fundraising events in Nigeria as well as international with our founding organisation and partners. All our campaigns and projects are serious issues that affect the poor and rich in our community however we like to raise money by having lots of fun.

Legislation – We are advocating for the domestication of Violence Against Persons Act 2015 within the South East States of Nigeria.
Igbo Culture – We are very passionate about making sure the Igbo Culture remains positive influence to the Igbo community.
Government Policies – We scrutinise government policies in order to make sure the voice of vulnerable people in the community are heard.

Education – Running of Puberty Training for secondary school young people with the distribution of reusable sanitary towels to young people under 16years.
Agriculture – We have acquired lands for Green House Farming. The aim is to create a source of income for the organisation while creating employment for local people.
